Core Values

Veterans

We believe that veterans deserve to be at their best after transition out of service. We respect all who serve that follow the values while in uniform and being Veterans ourselves, we want to insure that opportunity to grow professionally and personally continues and we meet veterans where they are.

Service to the Community

Serving for their local community, or volunteering to service in disasters or helping out another veterans brings veterans together. Learning to be a part of these events have a positive impact on all who participate when they are fully engaged.

Our Committment

We bring scores of years of military service and civilian education to the table. Our vision, mission and staff are 100% committed to the work we do and is a holistic approach that has never been done before this way. Our programs are tailored to improve veterans quality of life by getting them to re-engage in transition.

Collaboration

We work together with other organizations who serve veterans with expertise who can fill the needs of the veterans. This includes federal, state, and local governments. We believe that inclusion not intrusion applies in working with families and we build relationships on trust. Our partnerships are built to meet the needs of the veterans and their families.

We Evolve

To take on the problems we see in veterans giving up hope, we continue to evolve by taking action on the programs we use to serve and we will be using evidence- based surveys to strive for better outcomes for those who find themselves in need of transition at no cost to the veteran. The transition we provide is based on health and wellness and requires engagement by us and the veteran.

There are limits to our program as we cannot provide medical or physical disability advice or advice on substance abuse or give advice on post traumatic stress. No veteran is the same. Our disclaimer spells out our limitations.
